Read and take R5PN from the article "Spain, Columbus, and Native Americans" that was passed out in class earlier this week. These notes should appear in the "notes and work" section of your notebook.
***unfortunately Ms Muntz cant figure out how to work the scanner on the copy machine, so there is no article to attach here, but if you have lost your copy, stop by room C2 if you need to get a new one. :( Read and make Rule of Five Power Notes for the reading section titled "Columbus's Plan" on page 50 of your textbook. Put these notes in the "notes" section of your notebook.
If you were absent or did not write down the instructions for R5PN here is a short list of how it is done:
Fill in the names of the rivers, lakes, mountains etc according to the directions on your homework handout (in your notebook). Be sure to be accurate, as there will be a quiz on these Monday and Tuesday (Sep 29-30). ![]()
1. Fill in the names of the states on your blank map and study them for the map quiz next week (Thursday or Friday).
2. Get a composition style notebook for this class by Monday or Tuesday. ***if you cannot get a notebook come see Ms Muntz before your class Monday or Tuesday and she will get you one. Homework for the first day of class (US History) has three parts:
